• Once access or download is provided, the product is considered successfully delivered.
• Buyers are not allowed to resell, share, or redistribute our digital products or tools.
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of our products may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

2. Reels Upload Automation Tool

• The Reels Upload Automation Tool may take 10–15 minutes to start functioning after activation.
• This tool allows 1 automatic reel upload per day for 30 days, available at ₹59.
• Upload automation depends on proper Instagram login and server performance.
• Users must provide their valid Instagram login access for automation to work.
• If login details are incorrect or Instagram blocks the connection, uploads may fail — ReelsBuy.shop will not be responsible for failed uploads due to invalid access.
• The same reels can be uploaded manually; automation is provided only for convenience, not a replacement for manual uploads.
• Our team may also manually upload reels on behalf of the user in case of automation failure, depending on workload and availability.

3. Limitations & Responsibilities

• The automation tool works only for legitimate Instagram accounts that follow Instagram’s community guidelines.
• We are not responsible if a user’s Instagram account gets temporarily locked, restricted, or banned due to Instagram’s own policies or login verification.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and account secure at all times.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout.

5. Refund & Support Policy

• Since our products are digital, refunds or cancellations are not available once access is provided.
• If you face any technical issue (e.g., broken download link, non-functional tool, or access problem), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
• Our support team will verify your issue and provide a working replacement or proper solution.

6. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or follower growth.
• Performance of automation tools depends on Instagram’s algorithm, user activity, and other third-party factors beyond our control.
