At ReelsBuy.shop, we sell digital products and automation tools that are delivered instantly after successful payment. Since these are non-tangible digital services, we maintain a transparent but limited refund policy as mentioned below.

1. General Refund Rules

• All products (Reels Bundles, Uploading Tools, and Website Access) are digital items delivered instantly after purchase.
• Once access or download link is delivered, the product is considered successfully delivered and non-refundable.
• Refunds are not available for completed or successfully activated services.

2. Automation Tool Refund Policy

• If the Reels Upload Automation Tool fails to work properly (for example, if reels are not uploading due to system issues), the buyer may be eligible for a partial refund.
• In such valid cases, 50% of the payment amount will be refunded only for the automation tool service.
• To receive the refund, the customer must clearly inform our team through official support channels (support@reelsbuy.shop) with full details and proof of the issue.
• Refund requests must be made politely and clearly, explaining the exact problem faced during the automation process.
• Refund approval will be processed only after verification of the issue by our technical team.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund

• Incorrect or invalid Instagram login credentials provided by the user.
• Instagram account restrictions, login verification issues, or temporary bans caused by Instagram itself.
• Manual upload or user error unrelated to our system.
• Change of mind or accidental purchase after successful activation.

4. Refund Processing Time

• If approved, refunds (50%) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used during purchase.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
